Following RBI approval for banking business
IDFC announced that as RBI vide its letter dated 23 July 2015 has issued a License to IDFC Bank to carry on the Banking business. As a result, the composition of the Boards of various IDFC Group Companies is being reorganized. The Board of Directors of IDFC has accepted the resignations of the following three Independent Directors (IDs) S.H. Khan, Gautam Kaji and Omkar Goswami.The Board places on record, its sincere appreciation for the long association and valuable services rendered by the IDs during their tenure with the Company.
