Kaveri Seed Company announced that at the Compensation Committee of Board of Directors Meeting held on 13 April 2015 have made allotment of 1,58,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employees of the Company at a premium of Rs. 32/- per share under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 of the Company.
