New Delhi Television update on turnaround plan

To cut workforce of ancillary businesses by up to 25% over next month

NDTV Group had initiated a turnaround plan to bring down cost and improve profitability. As a part of the plant, the Company is considering a reduction of workforce upto 25% over the next month for all its ancillary businesses.

The Company has already implemented new technologies including mobile journalism in the last quarter which will feed its core business - English and Hindi news channels and NDTV Convergence and its digital teams that run news and other apps and websites.
