Nirmitee Robotics India fixes record date for bonus issue of 5:1

Record date is 15 April 2022

Nirmitee Robotics India has fixed 15 April 2022 as record date for determining entitlement/ eligibility of Shareholders (Members) to receive the Bonus Shares in the ratio of 5:1 i.e. 5 (Five) Bonus Shares for every 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten) each held by the member.
