Oriental Carbon & Chemicals announces change in nominee director

Oriental Carbon & Chemicals announced that LIC of India has proposed Kiron Sahdev, Retired Executive Director of LIC of India, Mumbai to represent LIC as Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the company in place of Shashikumar, whose appointment will be consider at next Board Meeting of the Company.
