Outcome of board meeting of Market Creators

Held on 09 March 2018

Market Creators announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 09 March 2018 approved the following -

1. Allotment Committee has been constituted for the purpose of Allotment and None of interested Director has participated for voting and in Meeting.

2. Approved the Preferential Allotment of DVR Equity Shares of Rs 5.5 Cr. of Rs. 10 each at Par to Prospective Investors i.e. Mani Market Creaters (Rs. 52500000), Dr. Jayantilal H Shah (Rs. 1500000) and Rashmikant G Acharya (Rs. 1000000).

3. Adopted the Amended Memorandum of Association and Article of Association.

4. Approved the filling of necessary Forms and Other Documents to ROC and Stock Exchange.
