Outcome of board meeting of Runeecha Textiles

Runeecha Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 March 2015 has taken the following decisions -The Board approved the proposal for shifting the registered office from state of Maharashtra to NCT of Delhi.
The Board has approved the appointment of Surender Malik as Independent Director of the Company.
