Outcome of board meeting of Sayaji Hotels

Sayaji Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2014, inter alia, has considered & approved the following decisions:

1. Approval of draft of Postal Ballot Notice to be send to the members of the Company for getting their consent pursuant to section 180(1)(a) through Special Resolution.

2. Appointment of Neelesh Gupta as a Scrutinizer for scrutinizing the postal ballot process (including e-voting).
