Sundaram Multi Pap announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 July 2016, inter alia, has discussed, considered and approved the following matters- Raising of funds up to an amount not exceeding Rs. 30 crore pursuant to Section 42 and Section 62 of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, subject to the approval of members, by way of issuing Share warrants to the promoter and promoter group and by way of issue of fully paid up Equity shares or issuing Debentures by way of QIP / Preferential Issue
