Board of Excel Crop Care recommends dividend

Excel Crop Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 July 2016, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 11.5 per equity Share (i.e. 230%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
