Piramal Enterprises announced that the Committee of Board of Directors at its meeting held on 12 July 2021 has approved the allotment of 1,020 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Principal Protected, Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures ('Debentures') each having a face value of Rs.10,00,000/-, aggregating to Rs. 102 crore on private placement basis.
