Polyplex Corporation update on subsidiary - Polyplex (Asia), Singapore

Polyplex Corporation announced that Sanjiv Saraf, Non Executive Chairman of the Company has been appointed as Director on the Board of Board of Polyplex (Asia) Pte Ltd Singapore (a Wholly owned Subsidiary Company) w.e.f. 16 March 2020.
Further, Sanjiv Saraf has been appointed as Executive Director and CEO of the aforesaid company w.e.f. 16 March 2020.
