Pooja Entertainment and Films appoints statutory auditors

With effect from 31 October 2014

Pooja Entertainment and Films announced that Jayantilal Thakkar & Co., Chartered Accountants is hereby appointed as Statutory Auditor w.e.f. 31 October 2014 to fill casual vacancy caused by resignation of Khandelwal & Khandelwal Associates, Chartered Accountants, whose tenure is thereby ended in this Annual General Meeting of the Company.
