Religare Enterprises allots 5.41 cr equity shares

On preferential basis

Religare Enterprises has allotted 5,41,56,761 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 105.25 (including a premium of Rs 95.25) each on preferential basis.

Upon the allotment of 5,41,56,761 equity shares the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 313,64,86,630 comprising of 31,36,48,663 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each.
