Shankara Building Products spurts 66% in four days

Shankara Building Products jumped 16.55% to Rs 428.90, extending recent rally amid strong buying support.

Shares of Shankara Building Products surged 66.01% in four trading sessions to its current market price of Rs 428.90, from a recent closing low of Rs 258.35 on 3 September 2019.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday, 4 September 2019, India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) downgraded Shankara Building Products' (SBPL) long-term issuer rating to 'IND A-' from 'IND A'. The outlook was stable.

On BSE, 1.9 lakh shares were traded in Shankara Building Products counter, compared to a 2-week average of 35,000 shares. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 427.20 and an intraday low of Rs 374.

 

It hit a 52-week high of Rs 1,455 on 7 September 2018 and a 52-week low of Rs 240 on 5 August 2019.
