Sunteck Realty allots 26,528 equity shares

Under ESOP

Sunteck Realty has allotted 26,528 equity shares of Rs. 2/- per share to option grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 (ESOP 2013). The Exercise Price of the said options is Rs. 295/- per share and the said shares shall rank pari-passu the existing shares of the Company in all respects. The equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 6,29,92,735 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 12,59,85,470.
