Timex Group India appoints CFO
With effect from 02 March 2015
Timex Group India announced that Amit Jain has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 02 March 2015.Further, Robert Barberi has resigned as a Director and Chairman of the Company effective 27 February 2015.
