Under ESOP

Zee Learn has allotted 1,125 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 35.25 per Equity Share, 10,000 Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share and 13,800 Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 34.15 per Equity Share under the ZLL ESOP 2010 - AMENDED 2015 Scheme.
