Hind Rectifiers allots 15.05 lakh equity shares

Under rights issue

Hind Rectifiers announced that the Rights Issue Committee at its meeting held on 06 December 2017 has approved allotment of 15,05,793 fully paid up rights equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 80/- (including premium of Rs. 78/-) per rights equity shares to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company.
