Blast rocks Jalalabad in Afghanistan

A bomb blast rocked Jalababad city in Afghanistan on Tuesday, police said.
The explosive device went off around 10.30 a.m., Xinhua news agency reported. The Iranian and Pakistani consulates are located close to the site of the blast, an official said.
Militants targeted the Indian consulate in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif on Sunday.
