The ghost who talks!

The newly-appointed governor of West Bengal, MK Narayanan, is already packing his bags — but to go to Munich! Narayanan insisted that an invitation he had received as India’s National Security Advisor (NSA) to speak at the Munich Security Conference was, in fact, a personal invitation to him and so he must go. The government has generously said yes, but has also asked the new NSA, Shiv Shankar Menon, to also attend the Munich Conference. The new NSA’s staff has drafted the speech that the old NSA will read out!! The theme of this year’s Conference is “No more excuses!”
