Former Jharkhand minister gets bail

A single bench of H C Mishra granted the bail.

Singh, who was in all the governments between 2005 and 2008, was arrested on November 30, 2009 by Vigilance from Hussainabad in Palamau district.

Singh had held water resources, public distribution and excise departments in different governments between 2005 and 2008 and was the only legislator to get berths in every government during the period.
