100-bed isolation ward set up in Uttarakhand's Kichha

The health department in Uttarakhand's Udham Singh Nagar district on Monday set up a 100-bed isolation ward to deal with the coronavirus threat.

Coronavirus suspects will be kept and monitored in the isolation ward at Surajmal Medical College of Ayurveda and Hospital in Kichha, said Udham Singh Nagar District Magistrate Niraj Khairwal.

The DM visited the isolation ward and appealed to college authorities to cooperate.
