15 persons arrested for gambling in Alwar

Fifteen persons were arrested after they were allegedly found gambling at public places in Alwar district.

Police conducted raids at various areas in Khairtal, Ramgarh, Kotwali and Khedali towns and nabbed the fifteen accused and seized Rs 5,155 from them, police said.

In another raid, five persons were arrested for allegedly running a betting racket in Khairtha town and Rs 5,960 was recovered from them, police said.
