Five Nepalese guards, injured in the recent attack on the Canadian Embassy in Kabul, have been admitted to a hospital here.

"We have received five Nepalese patients who were working as private security guards in Kabul. They are being treated for blast-related injuries," a senior authority at Indraprasta Apollo hospital said.

The hospital did not give any further information.
