Upbeat from her maiden professional title last month, rookie Amandeep Drall will look to continue her winning run at the 13th leg of the Hero Women's Professional Golf Tour 2015 to be played at the Coimbatore Golf Club here.

The INR 5,00,000 event will see 11 professionals vying for the top honours, to be played from August 5-7.

Amandeep, currently second in the Hero Order of Merit with total earnings of INR 8,84,935, has been consistent throughout the season and has posted one win and three runners-up finishes in 12 appearances.

She will be hoping for an encore and to reduce the gap at the top of the leaderboard.

The Panchkula youngster will, however, face a strong challenge from Vani Kapoor, who is currently leading the Order of Merit with total earnings of INR 12,70,200 from 12 appearances.

The Delhi golfer, with four wins and five runners-up finishes, has been in stellar form this season and will be eager to get back to winning ways and assert her supremacy at the top of the leaderboard.

Kolkata's Neha Tripathi, sitting on the third position in the money list with earnings of INR 7,82,766 from 12 appearances, will also start as one of the strong contenders.

Neha has been guilty of faltering at crucial moments on multiple occasions. She will look to make amends and post her first victory of the year.

Kapurthala's Gursimar Badwal with total earnings of INR 6,06,566, is currently at the fifth spot in the money list. She will be eager to make an impact and push hard for her maiden professional victory.

Other golfers to watch out for are Pune's Shweta Galande, Chandigarh's Saaniya Sharma and Delhi's Mehar Atwal and Ankita Tiwana.

Hero Motocorp sponsored Sharmila Nicollet and veteran Smriti Mehra have opted out of the event.

The par 72 golf course located at the base of the Nilgiri mountains is making its debut on the WGAI calendar and is all set to test the mental and physical fitness of the players.

The Women's Professional Golf Tour 2015 comprises a total of 19 legs spanning across key locations in India.
