'Baazigar' claims S S Cardmaster Memorial Cup

'Baazigar', ably ridden by Shamsuddin, claimed the S S Cardmaster Memorial Cup Division I (about) 1200 Metres for Category II horses, the main event on the second day of the Hyderabad monsoon races held here today.

Jockey P S Chouhan scored a quadruple. Trainers A Vatsalya and M S'vas Reddy, and jockey Ajit Kumar scored a double each.

Two first favourites obliged in a card of eight events.
