Shares of BEML plunged over 12 per cent today as the company's standalone net loss widened to Rs 107.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30.
The stock slumped 12.26 per cent to settle at Rs 900.15 on BSE. During the day, it dived 13 per cent to Rs 891.85.
On NSE, shares of the company declined 12.19 per cent to end at Rs 900.15.

On the volume front, 3.30 lakh shares of the company were traded on BSE and over 23 lakh shares changed hands on NSE during the day.
The company had posted a net loss from ordinary activities after tax of Rs 68.10 crore in the year-ago period, BEML Ltd said in a BSE filing yesterday.
Net sales declined to Rs 291.93 crore, over Rs 581.30 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal.
Total expenses dropped to Rs 397.84 crore from Rs 653.89 crore in the year-ago period.
BEML operates in three major business verticals for associated equipment manufacturing - mining and construction, defence and rail and metro.
