Bihar legislative council members pay tribute

As the brief monsoon session began, the members observed a minute's silence in respect of the departed souls.

Earlier in Vidhan Sabha, glowing tributes were paid to former RJD minister Shankar Prasad Tekriwal, former MP Pratap Singh and ex-MLAs S N Dudhani and Saryug Singh who died recently.
