Opposition BJP MLAs staged a walkout from the Assembly at the end of the day today when discussion on cut motion on Health was going on.
As speaker BBL Butail allowed ruling Congress leaders Kuldeep Kumar and Kishori Lal to speak on the motion, the BJP members protested saying the cut motion was moved by the Opposition and the ruling members cannot speak on it.
After protesting for some time, they staged a walkout saying only Opposition members who moved the cut motion had the right to speak on it.

Earlier, replying to debate on cut motion on police and allied organisations, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said that during the last 10 years, maximum number of criminal cases were seen in 2011 when 18,875 cases were registered.
He said the annual average registration of crime for the period 2008-2012 was 17,416 as compared to 16,831 for 2013-16.
Five women police station were opened and women were posted in every police station to instill sense of security among the women and special drives were initiated against drug peddlers and smugglers, he said.
He said, during the last four years, 23,162 challans under the Mines and Minerals Act were issued and fine of Rs. 10.78 crore realized, he said.
Moreover, Himachal has successfully implemented Crime and Criminal Tracking Networking System and as many as 800 posts of constables were filled in 2015 and 1500 in 2016, he said.
