After turning himself in to the police to serve his 55-day jail term, R&B singer Bobby Brown has been freed in a record time of nine hours.
The ex-husband of Whitney Houston, who was convicted in February for drunk driving and driving with a suspended license, was taken into Van Nuys to serve a nearly two-month jail sentence, but was let go much earlier.
Brown, 44, checked into LA County Jail at 9:58 AM Wednesday and was released at 6:58 PM, reported TMZ.
