Members of legendary musician David Bowie's band have lined up a memorial show on the first anniversary of his death.
An all-star cast of former band members will pay tribute with a show at New York's Terminal 5 on January 10, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Mike Garson, Earl Slick, Adrian Belew, Mark Plati and Gail Ann Dorsey are among the musicians are performing at the the event, titled "Celebrating David Bowie." The collection from the concert will benefit Arts in Education.

Additional shows are slated to take place in London (January 8, O2 Academy Brixton), Los Angeles (January 25, The Wiltern), Sydney, Australia (January 29, Sydney Opera House) and Tokyo (February 2, Tokyo Dome City Hall).
The legendary icon died on January 10 of this year, two days after releasing his final album, 'Blackstar'.
