CRPF commandant hoists flag at battalion HQ

The Commandant of the CRPF's 16th Battalion today unfurled the national flag and stressed on the need of commitment towards the country.

"Every jawan should feel proud and be committed towards the country," Brajesh Pratap Singh said at the Independence Day celebrations of the battalion at its headquarters here.

He also spoke on the history and achievements of the CRPF.

Singh presented the list of jawans who had been honoured with the police medal.

He congratulated officers and personnel, and their families on the occasion.
