Didn't come to Hollywood to win awards: Taraji P Henson

Actress Taraji P Henson says she is honoured to win awards but that is not the reason why she came to Hollywood.
For her role in TV series "Empire", Taraji, 46, has won a Golden Globe, Bet and Shorty award, besides being nominated at the Emmys, reported Variety.
When asked what Emmy nominations mean to her, Taraji said, "I am doing something right, I guess - they keep nominating me! But it is just a bonus. I didn't come to Hollywood to win awards. I came here to work, and to fall in love over and over again with this craft that I love and studied.
"It is more about the craft and how many characters can I check off my bucket list. The awards and accolades, that's just a reassurance for me that I am doing the right thing. It's more about inspiration to me and how can I touch a life through my work as an artist.
