Fake Rs 2,000 notes seized, 2 held
The Vijay Nagar police have arrested two persons with fake Rs 2,000 notes from near an engineering college here.
District police chief Vaibhav Krishna said that the duo was arrested on a tip-off.
They were identified as Mohd Ujeer and Mohd Mairaz of Malda West Bengal. The matter is being probed, he said.
