Groundnutoil rose in an otherwise mute Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today on good demand from stockist and retailers.
While, refined palmolein, castorseeds bold, castor oil commercial and linseed oil remained stable in the absence of any largescale buying activity.
In the edible segment, groundnutoil climbed by Rs 10 per 10 kg to Rs 950 from Monday's closing level of Rs 940. Refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 487 per 10 kg.
Moving to non-edible section, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseedoil ended unaltered at Rs 3,650 per 100 kg, Rs 760 per 10 kg and Rs 760 per 10 kg, respectively.
