Hollywood superstar Johnny Depp will fly back his two Yorkshire terriers, Boo and Pistol, after the dogs received death threat in Australia.

Depp, 51, disobeyed Australia's animal import laws by bringing his dogs into the country without permits or a period in quarantine, reported Ace Showbiz.

PETA Senior VP Lisa Lange said in a statement, "PETA is not at all surprised that Johnny and Amber, who clearly love their animals very much, have arranged to transport their dogs back to the United States safely. It sounds pretty heavy-handed to fine people for trying to include every member of their family in their travel plans."

Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce had previously accused the "Mortdecai" actor of smuggling his dogs aboard his private plane when he returned to Australia on April 21 to resume filming of "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales".

He gave the actor two days to send his dogs out of the country or they would be euthanized.
