Kamdhenu Q4 net up 94 pc to Rs 2 cr

Kamdhenu Ltd today said its net profit for the January-March quarter jumped by 94 per cent to Rs 2.29 crore.

The company, with interests in steel, power and paints, had clocked a net profit of Rs 1.18 crore during January-March 2015, it said in a BSE filing.

The firm's total income dipped to Rs 197.23 crore during the quarter ended March from Rs 245.95 crore earlier.

The company's share closed at Rs 52.35, up 1.16 per cent at the BSE.
