Lion cub rescued

A two-month-old lion cub was

rescued from a well at Dera village in Veraval tehsil under Junagadh division today.

Aradhna Sahu, deputy conservator of forest, said the forest officers were looking for opportunity to reunite it with its mother.

The well, in the farm of Valinur Mohmad Pardera, had no parapet, Sahu added.
