Pop star Madonna could face a ban from Russian authorities for supporting feminist punk-rock band Pussy Riot.
The 54-year-old 'Like a Virgin' hitmaker, who did two shows in Moscow and St Petersburg last year, has been a supporter of anti-Vladimir Putin protest group - who speak in favour of LGBT communities, reported Sun Online.
At the gigs she backed the two Pussy Riot singers jailed for a protest against President Putin.
Now, Russian officials claim that her visa did not allow her to work for money. Gig organisers face fine of up to 10,500 pounds.
