Man ends life over family dispute

A 38-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by consuming a poisonous substance after his wife refused to live with him, an official said today.

Intezaar took the extreme step after his wife, who was living with her parents for over a month, refused to return, the official said.

The incident was reported in Dadheru village, which comes under the jurisdiction of Charthawal Police Station, he said.
