Miscreants thrash dumper driver

Miscreants thrashed a driver of a dumper in Assam's Dima Hasao district and fled with his vehicle, police said today.

The incident took place at Langting area yesterday night, the police said.

Some passersby saw the injured driver and informed police who admitted him to Hojai hospital.

The vehicle was recovered from Lanka area, police added.
