Press Trust of India New Delhi
Amid muted domestic demand at spot market and sufficient stocks on higher supplies from producing regions, refined soya oil prices fell 0.14 per cent to Rs 654.30 per 10 kg in futures trading today.

At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, refined soya oil for delivery in July traded lower by 95 paise or 0.14 per cent to Rs 654.30 per 10 kg with an open interest of 99,430 lots.

Likewise, the oil for delivery in June contract was trading marginally lower by 45 paise or 0.07 per cent to Rs 647.40 per 10 kg in 76,690 lots.

Marketmen said offloading of positions by participants due to low demand in the spot market against ample stocks on higher supplies from producing belts, mainly kept refined soya oil prices down at futures trade.
