Over 7 crore pledged shares of Adani Power released

More than 7.7 crore shares of Adani Power that were pledged by one of its promoter group entities Ventura Power Investments have been released.

These shares amount to around 2.65 per cent stake in the Adani Power.

According to a regulatory filing, over 7.77 crore shares of Adani Power were pledged by Ventura Power in favour of IDBI Trusteeship Services.

These pledged shares were released on June 10.

Shares of Adani Power closed flat at Rs 28.55 on the BSE.
