Delhiites enjoyed a pleasant Sunday a day after overnight showers brought down mercury in the city.
The maximum temperature settled at 29.1 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal while the minimum was recorded at 15.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, said a MeT department official.
The city recorded 6.1 mm rainfall till 8 am while partly cloudy sky prevailed during the day.

For tomorrow, the MeT department has predicted partly cloudy sky with very light rain at isolated places in NCR.
"Tomorrow, it is expected to have partly cloudy sky. Very light rain/thunder shower are likely to occur at isolated places in Delhi and the NCR. There can be mist in the morning.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover at 30 and 16 degrees, respectively," the weatherman said.
Yesterday, parts of Delhi had received showers in the evening leading to a drop in mercury from a high of 30.1 degrees Celsius during the day.
