Moderate to heavy rains in the national capital today led to water-logging in several areas and long traffic jams during the peak office hours.
The rains along with the dark cloud cover brought the temperature below the normal level.
Areas of east, central and south Delhi received heavy downpour, while some parts of the city witnessed light showers in the morning.

According to MeT Department, Lodhi Road area received 3 mm of rains, while Safdarjung recorded 3.7 mm rains.
Rains also brought with it the problem of traffic jams as heavy showers reduced visibility and caused water-logging on major roads and intersections.
Traffic slowed down considerably on major arterial roads around Saket, Sangam Vihar, Lajpat Nagar and Chirag Dilli.
The city received around 3.7 mm of rains till 8.30 am, but only 0.3 mm between 8.30 am and 5.30 am, MeT Department said.
The maximum was recorded at 32.9 degrees Celsius while the minimum was 24.9 deg C, both a notch below normal.
The humidity level oscillated between 93 per cent and 68 per cent.
MeT department has predicted a generally cloudy sky with possibility of light rains and thundershowers in some areas tomorrow.
The maximum and minimum is likely to remain 34 and 25 deg C.
