RBI cancels registration certificate of Mumbai-based NBFC

Reserve Bank has cancelled registration certificate of one Mumbai-based NBFC Nupoor Capitals Pvt Ltd.

"RBI has cancelled the certificate of registration of Nupoor Capitals Private Limited," RBI said in a release.

While, Aeonian Investments Company (Mumbai) has surrendered the certificate of registration granted to it by the RBI, it said further.

"As such, the above companies cannot transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution," said the release further.
