Sheila stresses on expanding treatment for mental disorder

Speaking after inaugurating a Mental Health Awareness Week, Dikshit said medical facilities need to be enhanced for people suffering from mental disorders.

The mental disorders have been increasing in view of increasing stress levels in the society, she said, asking all stakeholders to do their best to offer best possible treatment to those suffering from it.

The Chief Minister said a humane approach must be adopted in offering treatment and other services to those having mental disorders.
