SI suspended for being drunk on duty

A Sub-Inspector posted in crime branch of Etah has been suspended for having been found drunk while on duty, police said here today.

SI Shyam Mohan Sarswat, who was drunk and abusing fellow policemen, was suspended yesterday.

Sarswat was sent for medical examination where he was found drunk, and hence suspended, SSP Vaibhav Krishna said.
