The Telangana government will organise a civic reception for Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu here on August 21.
The event would be held at Raj Bhavan on behalf of the people of Telangana and the state government, a release from the Chief Minister's Office said.
A lunch would also be hosted in honour of Naidu at the Dilkusha government guest house, adjacent to the Raj Bhavan, the release added.
Naidu assumed the office of Vice President on August 11.
